While we usually promote Evins Mill as a place for adults, business groups and special events, the fact is it's a pretty cool place for kids too. And from Sun, Mar 9 through Wed, Mar 19 as part of our Spring Break Special, it is also complimentary for high school age children and younger.

• self-guided hikes to the overlooks and base of Carmac Falls
• lawn games, including corn hole, ring toss, horse shoes & ladder golf
• game hall, including billiards, ping pong, darts, and Foosball
• a wide variety of board games and puzzles
• streaming service for after-dinner in-room entertainment

Snookum's Delight ~ Fri/Sat, Feb 14/15, '25

To mark that most hallmark of holidays, we give you "Snookum's Delight" (a.k.a. Valentines). On Fri & Sat, Feb 14 & 15, guests will be treated to...

• hearty rather than light hors d'oeuvres 
• five-course rather than the usual four-course dinner, including a sorbet course
• single stem rose in a ribbon-wrapped vase
• enhanced turn-down service
• Valentines brunch served late the following morning

Friday evening dinner services features...

• appetizers :  smoked salmon served with Kenny's Farmhouse Cheese with fruit & crackers
• entrees : millstone dry rub beef tenderloin with Benton's bacon, onion jam & cabernet butter sauce, or jumbo shrimp and scallops scampi style with preserved lemon

New Year's Eve ~ Tue, Dec 31, '24

We invite you to celebrate the year that was and the one that will be in the festive yet intimate setting of Evins Mill. While guests are invited to arrive a day early or stay a day later, the main attraction is of course the New Year's Eve festivities Tuesday evening. Featuring enhanced turn-down service, an extra robust menu as outlined below, and live entertainment, our New Year's Eve Package also includes a hearty New Year's Day Brunch on Wednesday morning.  

New Year's Eve Menu

Heavy Hors d'oeuvres

• red curry, coconut mussels
• baby back ribs
• Kenny's Farmhouse cheese board

Soup & Bread

• butternut squash bisque with a variety of hot rolls

Salad

• sweet and sour apples with cashews, dried cranberries, and pomegranate vinaigrette

Sorbet

• blood orange and fresh herbs with sparkling wine

Entrees

• Beef Tenderloin, charcoal grilled and carved to order; served with Béarnaise sauce
• Atlantic Salmon, hot smoked with our millstone dry rub; served with cranberry chutney
• Each entre is accompanied by caramelized onion, potato gratin and snow pea salad

Desserts

• Dessert Buffet will take place following dinner and include our traditional coconut rice pudding, favorite pies, dark chocolate truffles, macaroons, homemade kettle corn, and maybe a surprise or two!

Thanksgiving Feast ~ Thu, Nov 28, '24

On Saturday, August 31, 2024, Evins Mill hosts its annual Labor Day Cookout. Hors d'oeuvres are available as early as 6:00 while the cookout begins at 7:00. Guests are invited to book a room or make reservations for dinner-only. Whether you stay over or come just for dinner, come with an appetite, for the menu as always is as expansive as it will be tasty...
