Evins Mill hosts its annual Memorial Cookout on Sunday, May 24. Hors d'oeuvres are available as early as 6:00 while the cookout buffet begins at 7:00. Book a room or make reservations for dinner-only. Either way, come with an appetite, for the menu as always is as expansive as it will be tasty...

Mother's Day Special ~ May 9-10, 2026

 

In a salute to mothers, and all the women who give us strength, we are hosting our Mother's Day Special from Saturday, May 9 to Sunday, May 10, when we invite families to treat their matriarch not only to a Mother's Day Brunch but to an extended respite from maternal responsibilities the night before. As part of this special, a family of up to five may stay for the price of one couple.

That stay includes appetizers, dinner, and s'mores around our firepit Saturday night, followed by our storied Mother's Day Bunch the next morning. As always, our chefs will prepare for special dietary restrictions, including kid-friendly dinners.

• self-guided hikes to the overlooks and base of Carmac Falls
• lawn games, including corn hole, ring toss, horse shoes & ladder golf

Mother's Day Brunch ~ Sun, May 10, '26

Evins Mill is hosting its annual Mother's Day Brunch on Sunday, May 10. The buffet, carving station, and dessert station are available from 10:30 to 1:30, with seatings scheduled in half-hour intervals.

Luncheon attire is "dressy casual," though we invite guests to bring a change of clothes and stick around should they want to hike to Carmac Falls. Hiking shoes or not, don't forget your appetite, for as always the menu is extensive...

• smoked beef tenderloin carving station with homemade chimichurri
• sourdough French toast with spiced apples, whipped cream, and maple syrup
• omelet station complete with Benton's Bacon and Goolsby sausage

While we usually promote Evins Mill as a place for adults, business groups and special events, the fact is it's a pretty cool place for kids too. And from Fri, Mar 6 through Sun, Mar 15 as part of our Spring Break Special, it is also complimentary for high school age children and younger.
