To mark that most Hallmark of Holidays, we give you "Snookum's Delight" (a.k.a. Valentines). On Wed, Feb 14 and the weekend after Valentines (Fri/Sat, Feb 16/17), guests will be treated to...

• hearty rather than light hors d'oeuvres 
• five-course rather than the usual four-course dinner, including a sorbet course
• single stem rose in a ribbon-wrapped vase
• enhanced turn-down service
• Valentines brunch served late the following morning
• unlimited access to non-alcoholic beverages

Wednesday & Friday evening dinner services features...

• appetizers :  smoked salmon served with Kenny's Farmhouse Cheese with fruit & crackers
• entrees : millstone dry rub beef tenderloin w/ pink peppercorn & cabernet butter sauce, or jumbo shrimp scampi style
• dessert : dark chocolate souffle w/ Bailey's cream sauce

while Saturday dinner service features...

• appetizers : red curry & coconut milk mussels and charcuterie board with all the fixins
• entrees : house smoked rib eye steak with fresh horseradish sauce, or Atlantic salmon with sweet and sour chutney
• dessert : flourless chocolate cake with homemade salted caramel

The Valentines Package, which includes one night's accommodation and the meal services outlined above, is $375 to $575 depending on the room. Valentines Dinner-Only reservations are available at $150/couple.

Winter Break Special ~ thru Dec 29, 2023

While we usually promote Evins Mill as a place for adults, business groups and special events, it's a pretty cool place for kids too. So from now through Dec 29 as part of our Winter Break Special, dining and loft lodging for high school age children and younger is complimentary.

For families remaining close to home but wanting some away-from-home adventure, Evins Mill features a variety of family-friendly activities, including...

• self-guided hikes to the overlooks and base of Carmac Falls
• lawn games, including corn hole, ring toss, horse shoes and ladder golf
• game hall, including billiards, ping pong, darts, and Foosball
• a wide variety of board games and puzzles
• extensive DVD library + roku for after-dinner in-room entertainment
