Evins Mill is hosting its annual Mother's Day Brunch on Sunday, May 10. The buffet, carving & desserts stations are available from 10:00 to 2:00, with seatings scheduled in quarter hour intervals. While luncheon attire is "dressy casual," we invite guests to bring a change of clothes and stick around should they want to hike to Carmac Falls. Hiking shoes or not, don't forget your appetite, for as always the menu is extensive...

Evins Mill is hosting a Memorial Holiday Cookout on Sunday, May 26. Hors d'oeuvres are available as early as 6:00 while the cookout begins at 7:00. Guests are welcome to book a room, which includes the cookout and all other meals, or just make reservations for the cookout. Whether you stay over or come just for the night, come with an appetite, for the menu as always is as expansive as it will be tasty...

Stonehaus Wine Tasting ~ Sat, Apr 27, '19

Stonehaus Winery, based in Crossville, Tenneessee, is hosting a wine tasting at Evins Mill on Saturday, April 27. Beginning at 6:00, vintner Rob Ramsey of Stonehaus will discuss the history of wine making in Tennessee and sample many Stonehaus wines.

The tasting will be paired with appetizers, a three-course dinner and a dessert buffet prepared by our own Chef Evans, who has crafted a menu to match the wine...

Goat Cheese Tasting ~ Sat, May 4, '19

We're big fans of Harmony Lane Farm & Creamery. Less than five miles from Evins Mill, it produces some of the best cheese around and is a major source of the cheese we serve. We're pleased to host our third annual Harmony Lane Tour & Tasting on Sat, May 4.

The event begins with a 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. tour of Harmony Lane Farm and is followed by a 6:00 p.m. social hour at Evins Mill, when Julie & Mark David of Harmony Lane, will mix with guests and share their story.

Beginning at 6:00, the Brothers Sergio of Calfkiller Brewing Company (not to be mistaken for the Brothers Karamozov) will, in a setting as irreverent as it is beautiful, sample their products and share their story.
