Entrées

  • Grass fed beef tenderloin, oven roasted with our millstone dry rub and served with a Bourbon cream. Accompanied by root vegetable gratin and grilled brussel sprouts.
  • Fresh King salmon filet, grilled and served with a candied lemon beurre blanc. Accompanied by root vegetable gratin and grilled brussel sprouts.

Into the Night Dessert Buffet

The NYE Package, which includes the dinner service & live entertainment outlined above, along with Thursday lodging and New Year's Day Brunch, also includes lodging, appetizers & a four-course dinner on Friday as well a full breakfast & gourmet box lunch on Saturday, and is $615 to $745 for two guests depending on the room.
