We invite you to celebrate the advent of a new year in the festive yet intimate setting that is Evins Mill. Guests are invited to arrive on Friday/Saturday, December 30/31, 2016 and stay through Sunday, January 1, 2017. 

The weekend starts with light hors d'oeuvres & a four-course dinner on Friday featuring...
  • Fork-tender, citrus-braised duck breast
  • Benton's bacon-wrapped, thick-cut pork chop
and continues with a full breakfast & late buffet lunch on Saturday. But that's just a primer. Saturday's evening meal service features...
  • heavy hors d'oeuvres
    • local goat cheese dip w/ grilled pita
    • baby back ribs w/ fresh vegetable slaw
    • steamed mussels w/ coconut, lime red curry
  • soup & bread
      • butternut squash bisque 
      • pretzel rolls

      • fresh roasted beets, mixed greens, pecans, red onion & pickled ginger vinaigrette
    • sorbet

      • stonehaus muscadine sorbet

    • entrees
      • grass feed beef tenderloin, oven roasted w/ millstone dry rub & served w/ a bourbon cream, or
      • fresh king salmon filet, grilled & served with a candied lemon beurre blanc
      • both accompanied by root vegetable gratin & grilled brussel sprouts

    Guests will be treated on both nights to live music, roaring fireplaces & enhanced turn-down service, and on Sunday to a sumptuous New Year's Day Brunch.

    Non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks are available throughout the weekend.

    The NYE Package as outlined above is $625 to $705 for two guests for both nights depending on the room. The same package for Saturday afternoon check-in is $325 to $365 for two guests depending on the room.
