On Sunday, May 28 at 8:00 p.m., Evins Mill continues its "Music at the Mill" concert series with another intimate evening of acoustic music featuring accomplished singer-songwriter Tim Buppert.

Having written songs and/or sung them on albums for Trisha Yearwood, Michael Peterson and Kevin Sharp among other well-known artists, Tim has several top ten songs to his name and will be performing them and others in an informal, writer-in-the-round format.

The Music at the Mill package includes...

Coffee Tasting ~ Sat, Feb 18, '17

On Saturday, February 18, Evins Mill continues its "Local Provenance" food series with a coffee tasting hosted by Humphreys Street Coffee, a Nashville-based coffee roasting outfit with a strong social mission and with whom Evins Mill has partnered since 2013.

Following hors d'oeuvres and a sumptuous dinner (see menu below), Chef Evans and his team will prepare a buffet featuring multiple desserts to be paired with coffees roasted by Humphreys Street, whose founders will discuss their roasting process along with the story and mission of Humphreys Street.

Dinner entrees include...
  • Tennessee-raised beef tenderloin with our coffee bean, citrus rub and chimichurri sauce. Served with winter root gratin and shiitake mushrooms
  • Jumbo shrimp, sauteed with roasted garlic, butter, lemon, and pinot grigio. Served with a slow cooked sauce of tomatoes, chilies, and onion on a bed of creamy, Tennessee cheese grits.
The all-inclusive package includes one night's accommodation, appetizers, a four-course dinner with dessert buffet, the coffee tasting, a full breakfast the following morning and is $300 to $370 per couple depending on the room. Reservations for dinner/tasting-only are also available at $120/couple.
