Evins Mill hosts its annual Memorial Holiday Cookout on Saturday, May 27. Hors d'oeuvres are available as early as 6:00 while the cookout buffet begins at 7:00. Guests are invited to book a room or make reservations for dinner-only. Whether you stay over or come just for dinner, come with an appetite, for the menu as always is as expansive as it will be tasty...

Appetizer

• fried green tomatoes and Summer poke tuna salad

Off-the-Grill Entrees

• rib eye steaks grilled with our millstone dry rub
• jumbo shrimp skewers
• barbecued baby back ribs

Sides

• baked Yukon gold potatoes
• grilled vegetables

• summer cobbler with vanilla ice cream

The Memorial Day Package includes...

• one nights accommodation (multi-night stays available)

...and is $325 to $350 per couple depending on the room. The cookout-only package is $70 per adult and $20 per child six to twelves years old. Sodas, bottled waters & alcoholic beverages are available but not included.
