- dessert : dark chocolate souffle with Bailey's cream sauce
while Saturday dinner service features...
- appetizers : red curry & coconut milk mussels and charcuterie board with all the fixins
- entrees : house smoked rib eye steak with fresh horseradish sauce, or Atlantic salmon with pink peppercorns and sweet and sour chutney

The Valentines Package, which includes one night's accommodation, is $420 to $620 per couple depending on the room. A two-night minimum applies to Saturday only. Valentines Dinner-Only reservations are available at $160/couple on both Friday & Saturday.
