Stonehaus Wine Tasting ~ Sat, Aug 27, '11

Stonehaus Winery, based in Crossville, Tenneessee, is hosting a wine tasting at Evins Mill on Saturday, Aug 27. Beginning at 6:00, Rob Ramsey, owner of Stonehaus, will discuss the history of wine making in Tennessee and sample many Stonehaus wines, including some of his newest sparkling wines, a crisp Pinot Gris and a fruity Muscadine to name only a few.

The tasting will be accompanied by an assortment of appetizers and continue through a four-course dinner, served at 7:00 and prepared by our own Chef Evans, who has tailor crafted a menu to compliment the tasting...
  • Locust Grove sheep's milk cheese board with homemade bread & butter pickles
  • Chilled summer garden prepared with Stonehaus Pinot Gris
  • Heirloom tomato, mozzarella salad
