Evins Mill hosts its annual Memorial Cookout on Sunday, May 25. Hors d'oeuvres are available as early as 6:00 while the cookout buffet begins at 7:00. Book a room or make reservations for dinner-only. Either way, come with an appetite, for the menu as always is as expansive as it will be tasty...

Appetizer

• fried green tomatoes and smoked pimento cheese

Off-the-Grill Entrees

• rib eye steaks grilled with our millstone dry rub
• jumbo shrimp skewers
• barbecued baby back ribs

Sides

• Yukon gold potato gratin
• grilled vegetables
• white beans and turnip greens with cornbread
• seasonal salads

• summer berry cobbler with vanilla ice cream

The Memorial Day Package includes...

• one nights accommodation (multi-night stays available)

...and is $445 to $570 per couple depending on the room. The cookout-only package is $65 per adult and $20 per child six to twelves years old. Sodas, bottled waters & alcoholic beverages are available but not included.

Mother's Day Brunch, Sun, May 11, '25

Evins Mill is hosting its annual Mother's Day Brunch on Sunday, May 12. The buffet, carving & desserts stations are available from 10:30 to 1:30, with seatings scheduled in half hour intervals. 

Luncheon attire is "dressy casual," though we invite guests to bring a change of clothes and stick around should they want to hike to Carmac Falls. Hiking shoes or not, come with an appetite, for as always the menu is extensive...

Entrees

• smoked beef tenderloin carving station with homemade chimichurri
• sourdough French toast with spiced apples, whipped cream, and maple syrup
• omelet station complete with Benton's Bacon and Goolsby sausage

Sides

• roasted potatoes
• grilled asparagus
• cheese grits
• buttermilk biscuits with sausage gravy
• fresh fruit and homemade muffins
• variety of spring salads
