Stonehaus Wine Tasting ~ Sat, Aug 22, '15

Stonehaus Winery, based in Crossville, Tenneessee, is hosting its annual wine tasting at Evins Mill on Saturday, August 22. Beginning at 6:00, Rob Ramsey, of Stonehaus, will discuss the history of wine making in Tennessee and sample many Stonehaus wines.

The tasting will be paired with an assortment of appetizers, including Noble Spring's chevre with homemade pickles, and will be followed by our Local Harvest Cookout, served buffet style at 7:00 and prepared by our own Chef Evans, who is crafting a menu to compliment the tasting...


Entrees

  • Tennessee raised beef rib eye & New York strip steaks from Southern Natural Foods with wasabi honey mustard
  • Tennessee raised Chicken breast from Three Forks Chicken Ranch, grilled with fresh pesto

  • Seasonal sides & salads, all from our local gardens, including ratatouille & potato gratin
