New Year's Eve ~ Sat/Sun, Dec 30/31, '17

We invite you to celebrate the advent of a new year in the festive yet intimate setting that is Evins Mill. Guests are invited to arrive on Saturday, December 30, 2017 and stay through Monday, January 1, 2018. 

The weekend starts with light hors d'oeuvres & a four-course dinner on Saturday featuring an as yet to be determined menu, and and continues with a full breakfast & late buffet lunch on Sunday. But that's just a primer. Sunday's evening meal service features...

Heavy Hors d'oeuvres
  • local goat cheese dip w/ grilled pita
  • baby back ribs w/ fresh vegetable slaw
  • steamed mussels w/ coconut, lime red curry
Soup & Bread
  • butternut squash bisque 
  • pretzel rolls
Salad
  • fresh roasted beets, mixed greens, pecans, red onion & pomegranate vinaigrette
Sorbet
  • Meyer lemon sorbet
Entrees
  • grass feed beef tenderloin, oven roasted w/ millstone dry rub & served w/ an apple bourbon cream, or fresh king salmon filet, grilled & served with a candied lemon beurre blanc
  • both accompanied by root vegetable gratin & fresh snow peas
Into-the-night Dessert Buffet
  • variety of pies in home made pie crust

The New Year's Eve Package includes...
