Labor Day Cookout - Sat, Sep 3, '22

On Saturday, September 3, 2022, Evins Mill is hosting its annual Labor Day Cookout. Hors d'oeuvres are available as early as 6:00 while the cookout begins at 7:00. Guests are welcome to book a room or make reservations for dinner-only. Whether you stay over or come just for dinner, come with an appetite, for the menu as always is as expansive as it will be tasty...

Entrees

• grilled rib eye steaks
• pesto grilled jumbo tiger shrimp
• barbecued baby back ribs

Sides

• baked sweet potatoes
• Farmer's Market, vegetable grill
• corn casserole
• local, vine-ripe tomato, mozzarella salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette
• grilled mushrooms
• vegetable, basil slaw
• marinated cucumber, fresh chili salad
• white beans and Turnip Greens
• fresh baked cornbread

Dessert

• caramel apple cobbler with vanilla ice cream

• tea, coffee, lemonade & ice water

The overnight package includes...

• two nights accommodation

...and is $680 to $1,000 depending on the room. The cookout-only package is $65/guest. Sodas, bottled waters & alcoholic beverages are available but not included.
